I dont seem to understand why African leaders do not look good upon all the millions of dollars they steal from government...look at his face with rashes all over.....

That four fifty million should be used to help the community and not be quickly divided in different part by the betrayers .... How they knew that he stole the money means there are still many more people having their farm and garrage full of trunk tanks loaded with Dollars

The man was betrayed,,,,,and that police woman too must be watched carefully so that she won't steal one bail of dollars
