But when God is your authority, you look to Him regarding your working conditions. When you learn to view God, not man, as your true employer - as your source of wisdom, knowledge and provision - then you begin to see things in the proper perspective. You no longer expect man to provide what only your heavenly Father can supply. You look for your sense of appreciation, job satisfaction and rewards not from your earthly boss but from your true employer.
With God as your true employer, you are free to be the servant of your earthly employer. As Christ said,...Whoever will be chief among you, let him be your servant (Matt. 20:27). Receive grace to change your perspective about your employer in Jesus Name.
