Harrassment and Abuse from Superior at workplaces

Being a woman in a workplace predisposes to segxwal harassment. Many women have fallen victims of this from their male superiors. For example, SECRETARIES.
When there is refusal on the part of the woman, she is victimised, burden with workload. Nothing pleases the superior again because of her refusal. To some women who want to keep their jobs have given in while those who have integrity have been fired and left jobless.

Furthermore, The banking industry is another challenge to the women. They are sent out to look for customers because their inability to meet up with the target-given will earn them query or dismissal. Many have fallen victim of segxwal harassment as well as death from ritualistic who have means of production. It facilitates emotional disturbance and stress to the women.

Is it really true, that women faces lot of harassment and abuse at their place of work?

YES! MOST OF THEM DO..BUT THEN DEPENDING ON THE PART OF THE WORLD THESE WOMEN ARE,THEY CAN SUE THE  HARASSERS!!

Not only women, men do too... weda demeaning, abusive or authoritarian behavior...i'll let the offending person know i  don't like it....den deal with it by Letting the Bully Know the Behavior is Unwelcome by me
