Whats this guy name again, i mean the victim,somebody should remind me. Yeah the police dont have right to slap a normal citizen, not the abnormal ones.  Getting drunk in some countries is an offence in public, e no matter wheather you are coming from club.  There is a limit you can talk to someone on uniform. Even foriegn police would use shocker on him and take him to court for abusing an officer on duty,  Aboy should learn how to talk, not like spoilt brat. dey for award him 100 slaps to block that ear, when mopol dey suffer for duty, useless A*#S dey, dey over drink.
