Your Yar'adua left N65/liter fuel subsidy is minimal and insignificant. On amnesty programme: he did it because many of the Northern Emirs, Alhajis, past bunch of corrupt Presidents, etc. who have their own illegal Priavte Oil Wells and Oil Bunkerings as their huge businesses which suppose to be the property of Nigeria.
