I'm not Igbo so I can't say for sure. Yeah! I guess of all the tribes in Naija the Igbos are more PDPish when it comes to marrying out their daughters. I guess its cos they feel they understand themselves better?

Mind u we r not d only tribe that behave like dat. d problem can be traced back to some awkward traditions of our fore-fathers, then they always believed in protecting thier clan from straingers (Unknown enemy) known as "an osu". s0 dis trend went as far as affecting those who wanted t0 marry outside thier clan. dat was then, now d educated ones dnt think that way again.
