I DONT SEE WHATS WRONG WHEN A WHOLE NIGERIAN ARMY COLONEL USES SPECIAL ROAD, THE ROAD SHOULD BE FOR PEOPLE LIKE HIM, HE MAYBE GOING FOR SOMETHING SERIOUS FOR THE NATION, HE IS A COLONEL FOR GODS SAKE, USING SPECIAL ROAD IS NO CRIME EVEN HERE IN EUROPE BY GOVERMENT OFFICAILS, HE IS SPECIAL, HOSPITALS AND POLICE CAN ALSO USE THE SAME ROAD IF WE ARE WISE, RESPECT THE COLONEL MY BROTHERS COS HE IS JUST GREAT, REMEMEBER THAT I AM A CICILIAN LIKE YOU, THANKS AND PLEASE DONT HATE ME FOR MY BELIEVE

WHICH PART OF EUROPE IN GERMANY, ENGLAND AND WALES (UNITED KINGDOM) and EUROPE GENERALLY DO THEY USE UNLAWFUL ROADS: NO ONE, NO ONE IS ABOVE THE LAW.
What is a useless unexposed and indisciplined Nigerian Colonel who deserves to end up in prison, but Impunity in Nigeria allows these shits. That he is a Colonel is not a guarantee at all. If that is hereoic for you, the colonel himself knew he did not  do the right thing hence he apologized there and then.

Bros, wake up and stand for the rule of law.

In Europe, ONLY the Doctors on Emergency to Save Life, the Police on Emergency to quell or control a situation, the Fire Service, and other emergency services are granted such priority.

Just on Wednesday last week, I was on steering on Traffic jam along Maximillianstrasse area, I never knew that the 3 cars behind me were the Governor of the State for over 15 minutes until we have to change route: I drove right and they moved straight. As I looked inside the car glass that stood on the Straight road Traffic right that showed red, I saw the man, and a Blue Light Bulb behind the Governor's car and a police blue wagon behind the 2nd car. The European respect increased in my mind, how humble these people can be.

In Africa?? OMG! They would terrorize the whole street and made people scamper for safety. THAT IS WHAT IS OBTAINABLE IN A PRIMITIVE COUNTRY. like Nigeria and some people like you praises them. ABSURD!!.
