Here in the usa and all over the world any boy or girl will protect there mother  i'am sure that no child will stand by and watch his or her farther kill there mother, if so something wrong with the child ,think about it , and no i don't think the child  should be charged . he my need some help later becouse  shooting his dad will mess this kid up minutely

Well , the boy tried by protecting his precious mother. He could have target part of the body where his father would only secure injury...perhaps , the case should be given fare treatment so that people of the same mentality we not take this as a case study. Those of us who treat their  wife like slave should also learn lesson from this. that, children are not happy to see parents fighting...
