wen will our mother enjoy uninteruptable electricity distrribution nd supply?
but every blessed budgetary season for more dan 10 good years now billions of hard currencies hv been paid out to contractors, but instead of improving it get worse...who can be trusted to get it right....
i don't see the present leader succeeding!....r we doomed?

It's sad. Sadder still is that 'government' may abandon their effort in solving (electrical) power problem to face there (politcal) power problem as 2011 approaches.

True, power is one of the biggest draw-backs to our development. However, it's a part of a bigger problem which is the lack of leadership.
