There's no smoke without fire, the VC  or other senior lecturer's should be investigated very well cause its any of them or Governor's crew member that gave the boy the Gov's N0. The boy can't do it without having the Governor's phone number. 1st u will have the number of the person u want hack before sending it into the data base to create IRS. Its a very simply thing to do anyway. I advice EFCC or police not to send him to jail in other words investigate him to know how the number came to him..

he should not be arrested he should be allowed to become even more perfect in the act and then start causing manics  to the society Huh? HE IS A CRIMINAL AND SHOULD GO TO JAIL. HE IS NOT SMART, ONLY A CRIMINAL. AFTER ALL HOW DID HE FAIL HIS EXAMS.... LOL
