What ever protocol this is's outdated mr president. This is  exaltly the same way previous dictators  address the nation  sparing no attention to non other but themselves. All cameras are on you now mr president. No body else exist. Needless i tell you what we need is a press conference on daily basis. there are so many questions you need to answer. I cant imagine you even have to quote the constitution before declaring state of Emergency in the states declared. You so so incompetent in most things you do. With all that  money allocated on this and that ....look at the video coverage of your so called  presidential address, the quality is so poor they almost have your names up-side-down. What else can you get right if can't get right just an ordinary video coverage?
