If there had been a barrier stopping traffic, there would have been no need for the driver to "play smart."

What he's trying to say is, developed countries have a metal barricade that blocks the road and prevent cars from crossing the tracks when train approaches not unlike somebody holding a red flag to warn people like its done in yaba and ikeja....govt place no value on human life......simple
