Not really. If we had to make a logical guess of whether God doesn't mind a man being with an older woman, it'll most likely be a no because God created Adam first then later Eve. Even though Adam and Eve weren't created as infants but of man and woman, Adam lived on Earth longer than Eve did for she was created later (which implies that he was older on Earth. Also,  Proverbs 5:18, “Let your fountain be blessed, and rejoice with the wife of your youth” seems to imply the marriage of a young man to a young woman or old man to old woman.
