I wish the British Government will handle the building of the Prisons themselves.

I can't believe £1m is equivalent to "about 120 million naira!" Terrible rate of exchange..

But what is more terrible is that this money will most definitely disappear into the pockets of unscrupulous Nigeria prison officials!

In Nigeria prisons are not for rehabilitation like in England.

In Nigeria you go to prison when you have committed an offence (that includes refusing to pay bribe to the police) .

You are not sent to prison to live well! The most that will happen is that whitewash will be used on the walls to make the cells more pleasing to the eye.

England save your money.

pls Mr uk president if you ask me i would have advice your Government to cancel that $ 1m agreement with Nigeria Government, because if you do believe me it will only make more rich to the stupid top people on the set, while the poor still suffering in prison.
