The family late Angela Onyeador-Mayson left behind are at war over her estate.  The parties involved have even dragged one another to court.

Ikem and Adaora, the two adopted kids of the late socialite and her husband, Captain Samuel Mayson dragged Angela’s late brother’s children: Alexander, Martin, Thomas and Nkemdilim Onyeador to an Ikeja High Court to restrain them from tampering with Angela's real and personal estate.

They (Ikem and Adaora) are claiming to be beneficiaries of the property late Onyeador-Mayson left behind.
The property in contention include:
a storey building on 29, Balarabe Musa Crescent, Victoria Island, Lagos,
the deceased's Lagos residence
her art gallery
and the one on Plot 167, Adetokunbo Ademola Street, Wuse Zone 2, Abuja.
Meanwhile, a heavy presence of security operatives currently man the contentious property on 29, Balarabe Musa Crescent, Victoria Island, Lagos owned by late Angela Onyeador-Mayson.

The street was heavily guarded by mobile police men, another security personnel manned the entry point of the late Onyeador’s residence.
This is the house her adopted children presently reside.

The security personnel who spoke with Encomium said there was nobody around to attend to them but he confirmed there is a court case involving the family of late Onyeador.

It shoild by right belong to her husband and children ' sdopted or not.

The thing is that in some parts of Nigeria, adopted children are not reslly considered to be resl members of the family - which is a pity.

The late brother's children forget that Angela married out of the Onyeador family and became Mayson and so by right what belongs to the wife aldo belongs to the husband and vice versa if the husband had died first.

Angela's nephews and/or neice should not cross the line just because they've decided the adopted children have no bloodline.

Or they unsatisfied with what their own late father left for them.

This shows the relevance of leaving a will!
