Is It Wrong To Work On Sunday Because It Is The Sabbath Day? (Page 2)

First. Keeping the sabbath day holy is very important. It is just a couple of hours out of a whole week of multiple hours per day.

No one knows when the sabbath day is, it is not explicitly stated as saturday, sunday or any other day and the reason for that i belive is because Jesus told us to pray without season nor stopping to pray, so we should pray and keep everyday holy like it is a sabbath.

Second, according to Matthew 12 vs 11, Jesus himself answered the question.

In summary, we should keep everyday holy like it is the sabbath, REMEMBER spend time worshipping God in truth and in Spirit, this is all HE has asked us to do.

Sunday is the first day of the week,why Sabbath is the seventh day of the week,the fact is that sunday is not sabbath day,it is clear that seventh day Sabbath of the Lord is mark between God and his people,why sunday is the mark of Roman authority.On that seventh day Sabbath of the Lord,Jesus instructed us that we should do good work on the Sabbath.

watz ur point ?wat christ was pointing out is we shod render svices dat ll glorified God n save life on d sabbath day. D sabbath is a day set aside by God to man to honour his creation,he made it holy blessed it santified it and commended human to respect n honour it. Dat means any svices rendered dat day shod gear to glorified n praise God nt 4 our daily personal svices

Whether Sunday or Saturday just keep it holy, do only critical jobs or rest as it for meant to refresh you and replenish your energy for the other days of the week
