Just having some considerable disturbance here, because I am trying to catchup with some of my backlogs, they are insisting it is disrespectful to work on Sunday because it should be kept sacred? really? any other person riding with this kind of conclusion? I am not comfortable with that somehow!

Work or no Work everyday is a precious gift from GOD as long as you witnessed plus it all depends on how you utilise it. SUNDAY is special to the Christians while FRIDAY is special to the Muslims, but that doesnt mean we aint gona work to earn a living na. God Bless Our Hustles!

Please read Exodus 20 : 8-11 for more details. Personally i believe that it is wrong to work on Sunday, but any work that is done on a Sunday should be geared towards the need to do good,mostly essential services.

I think it depends on the kind of job, what of those who work in filling stations? People still fuel their tank on sundays on their way to church. But sundays should be kept holy because God commanded us to honour the sabbath day and keep it holy.

People listen, keep Sabath day holy means "you to set-aside one day in seven days for God'! Depending on the nature of your work, you have six days to yourself and one day for God. Note this is a command because God used six days in creating the earth and rested after one day. I live and work in Arabic country (Islamic nation) and their religious day is Friday, this also become my Sabath.
