Police in Plateau State have said that a pregnant woman, Miss Anita Damulak, in Mikang Local Government Area of the state was found hanging in her lover’s house on Monday. Police Public Relations Officer Mohammed Lerama told newsmen yesterday in Jos that on Monday, one Mr Wakup Dakup told the police that when he returned from work, he found his fiancée, Miss Anita, who he had left at home hale and hearty, dead.
He said her body was found hanging at the back of his house. Lerama added that the police investigated the case and discovered that Anita was pregnant, saying Anita and Wakup had argued over the pregnancy before he left for work that day. Anita was said to have suggested aborting the pregnancy, but Wakup refused. He said the lady’s corpse was taken to the mortuary of the General Hospital Tunkus for autopsy. Anita’s parents said it was an act of God and asked the authorities to release her body for burial. Lerema appealed to members of the public to be law abiding and have the fear of God.

I am of the opinion the lover killed her and staged it as a suicide. He never wanted the baby. Now that she is dead he is claiming he wanted the baby. Boo Boo.
