The shocking photos of the D.C. man brutalized in the brawl allegedly involving Chris Brown and his bodyguard Christopher Hollosy have been made public by TMZ, and now the singer seems to be in real trouble.

The release of graphic pictures was reportedly approved on Tuesday by the judge, and they were said to have been provided as evidence by the prosecution during the recent trial of Hollosy.
The man pictured above, Parker Adams, accused both Brown and Hollosy of violently punching him in the face because of the victim trying to photobomb the shot Brown was taking.
Now Rihanna's troubled ex-boyfriend may be sentenced to 4-year imprisonment, Pulse reports.
It would be recalled that Chris Brown celebrated his 25-th birthday in prison, as he was jailed in the middle of March over violation the probation terms.
