What does a 9 year old girl need shooting lessons for? A 9-year-old girl learning to fire a sub-machine gun accidentally shot and killed her instructor at a shooting range in Arizona on Monday Aug. 25th.
Authorities say when the girl pulled the trigger, the weapon recoiled over her shoulder and shot the instructor, 39 year old Charles Vacca, in the head. He later died in the hospital.
The accidental shooting was captured on a cellphone.
The Eye witness,  said the girl was with her parents, the shooting range where the accident happened, says children between the ages of 8 and 17 can shoot a weapon if accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Police identified the weapon as an Uzi, an Israeli-made sub-machine gun.

This guys still have a long way to go. While the president is busy pushing for stricter restriction  on gun laws they are training a 9years how to shoot uzi. Its a pity. Rip instructor
