Chigozie Atuanya Explains Why Many Celebrity Marriages are Crashing

A lot of separations, divorces based on irreconcilable differences have been happening lately and here's what Nollywood actor Chigozie Atuanya had to say about the unfortunate trend in a recent interview with Nigeriafilms:

” First of all, it is good to have God as a good foundation. With him as the solid rock that holds your home, it would surely last. Then tolerance is another strong point to attain a peaceful home. Marriage is a combination of two different people, from different backgrounds who came together to live as one. Sometimes, we have to learn to overlook. In as much as the women are the pillars of a home, we the men too have lots to contribute. 

My wife has this American mentality, she doesn’t pay attention to the rumours people keep spreading, she just trusts me. You don’t say all you hear or keep monitoring your spouse without an atom of trust. Marriage failures are everywhere, not just in the entertainment industry, but if husbands and wives would jointly pull forces to make their marriages work, it would.”

Chigozie Atuanya got married to his beautiful wife Obianuju Oranika in August 2013 and has been enjoying marital bliss .

Thank you but what you mentioned are for really committed tow people who really want to live in a committed relationship. what of some women who just want to get married cos their mate are getting married? how can she be committed? how about some women who feels they are rich and can do what they want in marriage. how about others who got married only to have a child and don't care what happen afterward. they were not committed nor have God even before marriage and yet have condition for getting married. No commitment and so they will never survive it.
The mate who need to heed your advise are those ones who are entering into it with no conditions. those who are really serious and committed. those who already knew that marriage is not a bed of roses but that it need constant hard work with fear of God. Those who have made a determination and vow to respect, trust and live and die with their mate. These ones will have a successful marriage.
