I Am Not Quitting International Football - Efe Ambrose Denies Reports

Celtic defender Efe Ambrose, has rubbished reports that he is set to quit the Super Eagles, after Stephen Keshi dropped him for the game against Sudan in Abuja.

The Big Boss chose to play Ogenyi Onazi from right back, as Nigeria won 3-1 and Efe was reportedly heard telling a close friend he was not happy with his exclusion.

However, the 25-year-old insists he will still play for his country and threatened legal action against anyone out to ruin his image.

“It is totally false story. They want to use me but they cannot damage my image, this is my image. I will sue anybody who writes this false story without conforming from me before publishing,” Ambrose explained.
