but wat in this world will make u rape her. she is your wife, i knw she might show some shakara esp when yall had a fight, but still that shouldnt give u the impression to rape her. she is your property, u can have her at the appropiate time.

The ans is No under normal circumstance...but there is an exceptional circumstance i.e when JUDICIAL SEPERATION has been pronounced by d courts. In this instance COHABITATION seized btw d two spouses even though they still married. Thus if he sleeps with her without her consent he can b charged for rape under d Nigerian Law MCA.
