21st century marriage, out of love or convinience?

  I really can not understand what the so called Generation 'X' and 'Y' people think about marriage, when I look around I see many marriages built on convinence crashing.

Yeah, but people still look for more convinent things beyond love, therefore ending up being dissapointed when other convinences failed

Before, a marriage of convenience was arranged by friends and family for the couple. Now, everyone knows teh pros and cons and many still go ahead to marry for convenience instead of love so when it crashes, they cant cry over spilled milk since they laid their beds.
Women are particularly guilty of this though men are not left out
