Just when it seemed that sales of CD and VCD in Nigeria does not favour investors as a result of what industry watchers blame on the activities of pirates, the industry was recently take by surprise as messages of Righteousness, a VCD by controversial Enugu State based reverend gentlman, Father Ejike Camillus Mbaka released early this year broke aa records, becoming the highest selling VCD in Nigeria since the advent of CD and VCD format in the country in 1998.

The VCD which contains visual recordings of Rev. Mbaka’s gospel preaching sessions at his Adoration Ministry, from what Hi-Showbiz discovered during the week, has sole over 10 million copies to become the first VCD to so within the first two months of release.
