The best thing to do or for him to be getting good information is for the President to have  Advisers representing each state no 1, and in a state level have a sitting Adviser that will reside in each state that will be working working under the presdo as well that will be feeding the one at Abuja info.
Without this, he can never get good advisers.
Most of them do not even see presdo or know where he lives.
