Yes I read leviticus 18 and it does not include my fiance and I.  My fiance elder sister is a reverend sister in the catholic church and agrees that she seeks no link and problem with our marriage. We are not goig to fight the elders. I have faith God will make a way. I suggested they go back and redraw the family tree to confirm.

hi my sister do not been in hurry to marry, you may not know what God have in stock for you. Leave the issue of  relationship and to back to God on you knees tell him what your family said and ask him for what to do you will get the right thing to do soon. My dear, if both of you really want to get married then you have to do the right thing. Native customs and traditions come first
before the so called imported religions. Your pastor will not come to you for advice before going to native doctor, obey your elders
because they know best.

My dear, from your statement, it is obvious that you do not have a tradition and at the same time your not cultured. Only bastards thinks the way you think. The Bible me and you read forbids it. It is the same Bible that tells us to give to state what is due for the state and to God what is due for God.  
and we all knows that it has spiritual after effect:  Even in the western world where i live it is forbidden, despite we think they do not have culture, I will advise you to go and make research on the spiritual consequence of those those who mistakenly married their relatives.  My question is,will you give yourself or any of your relative such an advice.
I am Nwa afor IBO (IGBO), I respect my tradition and culture because it represents the laws of God. I will tell you authoritatively that if you fail to adhere to your tradition and respect them, you will never find the kingdom of God because those Laws were made by God through our Ancestor. A word is enough for the wise.
As for you, My dear Sister, go your separate way and your Ancestors will be with you. The two of you are not made to be it is the work of devil. listen to your tradition there are millions of men out there. that thing that man saw you and that which you see in him another man will see it you and you will see it in another man do not do any ritual so that you will break the chord rather go your way. Any one who disrespect the law of his Ancestors will never be an ancestor.
