The governor of Lagos state, Babatunde Fashola has asked President Goodluck Jonathan to stop his wife, Patience Jonathan, making inciting statements capable of causing violence across the country.
Fashola said this on Tuesday evening, while receiving the chairman of the National Human Rights Commission, Prof Chidi Odinkalu at the State House, Marina, Lagos.
The governor advised Jonathan to publicly dissociate himself from his wife’s hate speeches and those made by his supporters and aides, saying this will show he is not in support of them.
In recent times, Patience has been making hate speeches directed at the opposition, the All Progressives Congress (APC). She had described Muhammadu Buhari as “brain dead”, and also asked her supporters to stone anyone who mentions change to them.
“He must publicly dissociate himself from his wife’s inciting comments, he must. He must disown them and his leadership will be defined by whether he does it himself or ask his aides to go and say it. When all is said and done, this election will define his tenure for many reasons,” Fashola stated.
Common sense is indeed not common.

FASHOLA HAS FORGOTTEN THAT HE HATE IBO PEOPLE. HE DUMPED SO MANY OF THEM UNDER THE RIVER NIGER BRIDGE, HE USED KAI TO SEND MOST OF THEM HOME PRE MATURELY AND SEIZED THOUSANDS OF THEIR OKADA. IBO PEOPLE ARE NOT FOOLS. THEY WILL NEVER VOTE FOR APC HERE IN LAGOS.

lagos is just one state and we have 36 plus FCT lemme c how APC will win .APC supporters and candidates also make hate comments. fashola has reffered to JIMI AGBAJE as a man trapped under an umbrella and jimi didnt call him a MAN USING A BROOM TO SWEEP ALL LAGOS RICHES TO HIMSELF AND COHORTS. they claim lagos is working. lagos is only WORKING FOR THE RICH AND GOVT OFFICIALS AND WORKERS.go and start a biz in lagos and compete with the DGs in alausa that have the same biz and c if ur biz will survive. or go and look for a job without knowing a Godfather only with ur certificate in lagos and see i u wd get the JOB.
