If You Are Not Happy With My Appointments, Climb Mount Kufena to Fall and Die - El Rufai

Governor of Kaduna State  Nasir El-Rufai blasted his critics who accused him of lopsidedness in political appointments since he assumed office. He made reprehensible comments about his critics  while  answering questions yesterday (Sept 17) at the 4th Town Hall meeting in Kaduna Central, said he could not  give appointments to persons who did not vote for him during the governorship election, adding that anyone not happy with the situation should go and commit suicide.

Recall that El Rufai has been criticised for appointing his close friends, family members and non-indigenes into top positions in the state.

The  former FCT Minister was also accused of recommending his cousin, Hadiza Shamsudeen,  as a ministerial nominee in Buhari’s government. His words:

“If you are not happy with appointments made, you can go and climb Kufena mountain, fall and die.It was what you voted for that you got, because we are aware that there are people who did not vote for us, in fact, they worked against us.
“But now they claim to be APC members and loyal to the party. We know such people. And so there is no way they would expect anything from us.”

I am glad all this is unfolding now......not even 5 months in power, and these zealots are misbehaving chronically mad.

When I told people that Jonathan MANGAGED power very well, people thought I was speaking jargon.

Power can be very intoxicating, and by this his statement, it appears El-Rufai is already properly soaked here.

They abused Jonathan that he was a drunken fisherman who drank ogogoro in Aso Rock every day.....but we can now see who the real drunks are.

Jonathan was a modicum of propriety and decency.

But from Buhari to Oshiomole, from Lai Mohammed to El Rufai, we have seen and heard the most flippant , the most careless , crass , arrogant and disgraceful utterances to date.

APC are not wrong, they did promise us Change!!,

But what they did not tell us, was that it was Change for the worst.......We now know better.

On the other hand, Goodluck Jonathan and Namadi Sambo both displayed a courtesy and elegance while in office.

The two of them are what leading statesmen should be like.

The APC are just a bunch of opportunistic louts and touts !

Vagabonds in Power..they won't fool Nigerians twice!!

Nigerians if u eat remain dey will say u dey form if u finish d food dey say u dey hungry well well.  U r comparing GEJ tenure of 6 years to a new govt of less den 6 month.  Na WA what if his friend or family member  he appoint are good for d job.  His dat a crime now cus dey are his friend n family dey don't av d rit to hold any political post?                                                                                            I want to ask you....Have any Court of law convicted Jonathan on Corruption? As far as i am concerned with the law of Nigeria , President Jonathan is not corrupt until this saint Government prove him guilty.

That aside and back to the topic of discussion, If you may know, GEJ is a symbol of decency no matter how you hate to hear the truth. Never in all this entire rein in office he insulted the sensibility of human dignity like your saint APC Governors. Namely Adam Ohso and power drunk El Frufai... Please get a life and stop your hate speech against GEJ. He has done he best while in office, he gave you this platform to freely express your view which never a time any Nigerian President has done. Free speeches, your brothers or your slave masters never in the past gave you freedom of speech. You have to be thankful that GEJ gives you this opportunity with which you always voice your insult to him BUT i am sure that you people (APC)has set a precedence that will be followed by insulting the person and office of the President.
