It was mild drama at the national assembly as PDP senators walk out on their colleagues as the APC caucus stood their ground to support the confirmation of Rotimi Ameachi as a Minister of the federal Govt of Nigeria, the senate president wave his power to continue the confirmation of all the nominees in the absence of their PDP counterparts.The House committee on Ethics and Privileges had earlier submitted its recommendation that the Ministerial nominee should not be confirmed pending the outcome of the petition on corruption levied against him in the court, but the APC caucus Spearheaded by the House Leader Senator Ndume And Senator Omoworare moved and seconded respectively that the senate should go ahead and confirm  Rotimi Ameachi as Minister.

Fantastic..PDP can go to hell for all I care besides, Obanikoro had worse case but he was confirmed as minister last year under their watch..
