Saboteur or not that's not the problem, the issue is that he is corrupt, now they
want to confirm he not because he is pure but because the money he spent on Buhari's

The Rivers State panel of inquiry was constituted with the sole aim of preventing Rotimi Ameachi from being nominated. (3 Governors were indicted but the Presuure of court injustion was Only on Ameachi) It was widely reported in our dailies why the PDP were against Ameachi's confirmation and one of the reasons was not he was corrupt but he was an arrow head that send the PDP packing from Aso Rock.
The Nigeria constitution barred the senate from discussing any matter in court. The same senators that followed Saraki to CCB and told the world that Saraki is innocent until proven guilty by a court, that refused Saraki stepping down as the president of the senate because a mere accusation is not a verdict of guilty are now saying Ameachi should not be confirmed becaue of a political judicial panel of inquiry.
Leo Ekpenyoung have been writing petitions against Akpabio since 2012 when he was the governor of Akwa Ibom State, the petition did not stop him from getting the PDP nominations, the petition did not stop him from rigging himself to power even though in some cases his votes is more than the number of registered voters in the ward, he was the appointed the minority leader against the constitution of the land which says a ranking senator should be made the minority leader, it is the same Akpabio that said Ameachi should not be confirmed until he clear his name.
The PDP felt the legislative coup they help Saraki to execute on the 9th of June, 2015 gave them power to dictate the pace at the national assembly. PDP senators are quick to 4get the case of Obanikoro when former senate president (David Mark) ask him to take bow and go despite objection from the then opposition. The decisions we take Yesterday/today may liberate or imprison us tomorrow
