Governor Nasir el-Rufai has flagged off the School Feeding Programme at LGEA Primary School, Aliyu Makama Barnawa-Kaduna state. The governor and his aides were pictured eating in the presence of pupils as they programme was launched. The school feeding programme will benefit over 1.8 million children in the State, according to Kaduna government....
