There is no criteria for giving birth. people just give birth in Nigeria illegitemately which explain why they can not give them home training. corruption has also eaten deep in to Nigeria system so much that people will see what is wrong but support it because it will give them opportunity to embezzle more money. May God deliver us from all these Nigerian bastards who are supporting their elder brother who is in US custody. those bastards in Jos are only supporting him. May God give them what they deserve like He gave it to that useless boy.
