
Everton are “obsessed” with ending their poor recent form in the Barclays Premier League and climbing up the table, according to manager Roberto Martinez.
The Spaniard led Everton to the last four of the FA Cup when they beat Chelsea at Goodison Park, and they travel to fellow semi-finalists Watford on Saturday.
But Everton have lost their last three league matches and their manager is determined to improve on their recent league results, which have left them in 12th position.
"We need to be obsessed with the games that we have got left in the league,” Martinez said. “We are not a team that are going to give in in one competition.
