Fayose makes a great sense; however, he should have reacted way before Buhari got ready to go. Bytheway, did the houses of legislation/representation approve of the loan? Why is it only Fayose speaking up against this loan? He is making a lot of sense with data and statistics to support his stand. If Nigeria would ever come out of her economic predicaments, freedom of speech must not be trampled on. I'm proud to see a governor take such a bold stand on this; because, if actually Nigeria is expecting return of trillions of stolen money, why then should the country strap herself with more debts? I would think the govt will put more pressure on those promising to return those monies to do so ASAP rather than borrowing and falling deeper in debt. This quick fix of economic recovery could backfire and cause more harm than good.
God bless you, bless fayose and bless Nigeria but anybody who cannot appreciate a constructive argument unlike the usual propaganda, make thunder wey de cue for fuel line since 2days fire them since common sense is not common. Some people are mad, we are talking about Nigeria economy, some fools are talking about insulting his elders, I guess the insult is that we are using 25% of out budget to service loan or we have $200b to receive from Dubai. My friend, remember that in my comment i said good criticism is good. its the essence of democracy. I also remembered i said, Buhari has never returned a single word to Fayose all this while. That means is he is taking all in as its responsible of a mature man who knows what he is doing. When you are focused, you don't listen to useless talk made by drunkers. On the issue of borrowing, who doesn't borrow money? almost all countries borrow money, State do borrow money. Companies borrow, even individual borrow money for use to be paid back.
