I have never posted of gistamania. SJS is not a disease. It is an allergic reaction to vancomycin. Treatment is very simple. Simple stop the IV infusion of vancomycin and give the patient Benadryl.

Vancomycin is an antibiotic
Benadryl is an antihistamine (used for allergy prevention).
