"Your best friend is hot." Not only is this a bit of no-respect attitude, you're most likely telling your guy that you have a thing for his best friend. Sure, he's drop dead gorgeous, he probably knows about it too but you don't have to say it out aloud. Even if you're already his girlfriend, men tend to still be competitive of each other.
"You're late again." Most guys do have a little issue when it comes to punctuality but you don't have to rub it in his face that he's late once again. He knows that and there's a big chance he wants to make up but when you all outwardly tell him you're all poised for a fight, he's definitely gone annoyed to the brim.
"I'm so fat, right?" Well, what do you expect him to say to you after that? If he says yes, you'll throw a fit. If he says no, you won't believe him. This may have even been a routine for the both of you that it's like music to his ears. So love your body instead -- he'll love it when he has a confident girlfriend.
"We need to talk." This line spells an impeding doom -- he dreads it and he's more likely to act all defensive when you're already in discussion. Why not ease your way to him causally instead of telling him that you need to talk like it's the end of the world.
"You're so annoying sometimes." Another way to tell your guy you're thinking of breaking up with him? It's telling him he's annoying. It's like telling him you've gotten tired of him already. So don't. Talk it over and things will be settled a lot easier.
