how can i heal my broken heart

i was once inlv with a guy but ended things because it seemed as if im not good enough for him anymo and things are going good for him in a sense that he putted m aside and forget about m,i got my heart broken so many times but that never stoped me from trusting and gv love too.But now i think im stupid for letting guys in my life and trusting them.it hurt i wont lie but now i cnt do this anymo when em i gona find some1 who trully love m? il end up loosing the one who trully love m because of these guys who are not appreciating HOW DO I HEAL MY PRECIOUS HEART
