Tottenham return to Premier League action on Sunday after kick-starting their Champions League campaign with victory in Russia in miweek.

Heung-min Son continued his fine start to the new campaign with the only goal as Spurs edged past CSKA Moscow to move second in Champions League Group E. 

Mauricio Pochettino's men now face a Manchester City team themselves in fine fettle after a perfect start to Premier League life under Pep Guardiola.

Indeed, Celtic became the first side to deny Guardiola's side victory this season in Wednesday's thrilling draw at Celtic Park.


TEAM NEWS
Mousa Dembele, Eric Dier, Danny Rose and Moussa Sissoko did not travel to Russia to face CSKA Moscow.

Sissoko will likely face a late fitness test for the visit of City after he suffered 'possible concussion' in the victory over Middlesbrough last weekend. Pochettino confirmed after the 2-1 victory that the summer signing faced a week on the sidelines, while Dier, Rose and Dembele are also thought to be close to a first-team return.

Harry Kane, who also missed the trip to Russia, continues to nurse an ankle ligament injury and is due back in early November.
