Nigeria is a lawless country. This guy did not become a kingpin of kidnappers by just shaking hands with his victims. He killed people, he rendered businesses and families useless, he contravened the criminal codes of forceful hostage of his victims. I thought Nigerian recently passed a capital punishment law for kidnappers. What is the govt waiting for? I guess money could exchange hands then he would be declared innocent. Nigeria, Nigeria, Nigeria, how many times did I call you all?
