A notorious cultist identified as Clement Atonyefa popularly known as ‘Black Arrow’, has been apprehend by the police in Twon Brass in the Brass Local Government Area of Bayelsa state.
It was gathered that the suspect was arrested with the help of the local security group in the area after he allegedly attacked and shot at a member of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) shortly after the official reception of some defected members of the All progressives Congress (APC) in Twon-Brass.
The suspect is currently cooling his heels in police custody and will be charged to court as soon as investigations are concluded.
The honourable Victor Isaiah, the caretaker chairman Brass Local Government Area, accompanied by PDP chieftains received over 200 APC members led by Jeff Jackson at the party Secretariat today in Twon-Brass.
