No problem, FIFA! By that time a better Nigerian government might have emerged, Boko Haram may be cleared and the brother Herdsmen. But, FIFA this is a very calm polite way of insulting Nigeria as APC Government wanted it. In other words Nigerian government should never mention hosting world cup.
