well dats 4 d guys dat send recharge cards. Guys neva eva buy women giifts unless its necessary. U can neva use gifts 2 win dem ova cos u r nt d only one buyn. Imagine a situatn u bot her a 750 card tinkn make i c wetin she go talk nd 10mins l8r anoda guy sends 3500 card

Yes, ladies too can send recharge card to their male friends. Some girls have done it. Infact, most girls who often ask for recharge card are decievers. Often asking for card by a lady could be one of the proves that she is not serious but rather mischievous.
