Video: Angry VIO Officer Seen Clinging To A Speeding Truck In Delta

A Vehicle Inspection Officer has been spotted clinging to a speeding truck along the Ughelli expressway in Delta State.
 
The officer, it was gathered had tried to stop the truck but the driver refused to stop. Angered by the act, the officer decided to cling on the truck.
