VIDEO: Godwin Obaseki Officially Joins Opposition PDP Party In Edo State

The current governor of Edo State, Godwin Obaseki has abandoned his current APC (All People's COngress) party to join the opposition PDP (People's democratic party) party. The move came after years of bitter rivalry with the APC national president, Adams Oshiomole who is also from Edo state. Their infighting led to Godwin Obaseki being disqualified to run for primaries of the governorship election under the APC party. Godwin Obaseki retaliated by joining the opposition PDP, where he will now contact for the governorship position from. Meanwhile, his nemesis, Adams Oshiomole has also been suspended as the Chairman of the APC by the courts of appeal following an existing suit which is being treated in the courts. Adams Oshiomole is hoping to the issue to the supreme court for a re-dress. Gistmania was able to obtain some exclusive footage and photos of Godwin Obaseki being accepted into his new party.

Changing parties within days and was accepted? Does it meant that EDO State PDP didn't have any qualified gubernatorial candidates? Naija is a confused state.

THE PEOPLE I PITIED ARE THE FOOT WALKING JOBLESS YOUTHS WHO WILL BE USED TO KILL EACH OTHER IN THE COMING ELECTION.
   MANY OF THEM DON'T KNOW NOW THEY WILL NOT BE ALIVE IN THE SWEARING IN OF THE GOVERNOR, WHOEVER HE MAY BE.

EXACTLY. MOST OF THEIR CANDIDATES HARDLY GET FAVOUR IN EDO. TAKING OVER EDO STATE HAVE NOT BEEN EASY FOR PDP. OBASEKI IS JUST THE OPPORTUNITY THEY HAVE ALWAYS WANTED. APC HAVE AUTOMATICALLY LOST EDO STATE WHICH OSHIOMOLE WILL REGRET.

PDP is gone because it is full with selfish and heartless leaders which only think about themselves only. And very soon, Obaseki will also regret joining them because they will not allow him to enjoy 20% of peace and independent he enjoyed while in APC.
I only pity the poor masses that support all this wicked leaders even with their life. We will all see the end definitely
