A yoga enthusiast has took to social media to narrate how she gave her life to Christ and also said YOGA is evil.

Yoga has become so normalized in American life that this seems an extreme position. And yet yoga enthusiast's warning about on the spiritual dangers of yoga are not uncommon among Christian conservatives representing a variety of denominations.

How someone can say that yoga is evil?! Really cannot understand this. I guess that they have tried something different and not yoga for sure. When I started to practice yoga the only thing that motivated me a lot was to read a lot about the symbols that give the energy that we need. Maybe these people need to read about it more about yoga and what it can give to you. So I can share this yogapractice.com blog. It inspired me a lot, hope that such people would be able to find this information.
