“When they don’t understand the frequency of your grace and you hard work behind the scenes they bring their own PHD (pull him down) LIONS DONT RESPOND TO FROGS… #DrBadu @tiuauniversity God has us“, he wrote.

In another post, he then showed some of his honorary certificates, revealing how he had been honored with an Honarary Georgia Citizenship, A Resolution and A Humanitarian Award in Atlanta. Referencing his hard work, Sonnie Badu noted that it truly pays off and there is power in relationship.

“On 1st March, 2018 my foot was spiritually established at the #AtlantaCityCapitol when I was honored with An Honarary Georgia Citizenship, A Resolution and A Humanitarian Award. Thank you @iamdrjmohair thank you @repbillymitchell thank you @deedawkinshaigler. there is power in relationship. Hard work truly pays off. #Honor“, he wrote.

In order to further clear the air, the Trinity IUA University also released a statement titled : Response to allegations of non-accreditation of Trinity International University of Ambassadors (TIUA) and legitimacy of degree conferred on Dr. Sonnie Badu. The school says it is bent on quality education and recognises students’ hard work and any degree earned by any of its students, including Sonnie Badu are in alignment with the State of Georgia religious exemption authority to receive degrees from associates to doctoral degrees.
“Therefore, any degree that has been earned by our students (Including Dr. Sonnie Badu), are in alignment with the State of Georgia religious exemption authority to receive degrees from associates to doctoral degrees. Our institution prides itself in the quality of education tailored for each of our students i.e. including their extensive body of work in ministry. Therefore, no student cannot obtain any major degrees including a PhD in four months. TIUA did not issue any earned degrees to a student in a four month period. Every earned degree acquired, must be obtained through hard work and with the time prescribed by the University. ”
