An optimist thinks that this is the best possible world. A pessimist fears that this is true. Wink

Both optimists and pessimists contribute to our society. The optimist invents the airplane and the pessimist the parachute. Wink Cool

You have to look at it as a blessing in disguise and move on!

I always take in consideration that the worst may happen, so the  ''surprise'' it's not so big!
So I take it as it comes!

1. Exercise - If something is bothering me, I exercise. I don’t exercise to try and forget about the problem necessarily. I exercise and work through the problem in my head and I seem to always come to a solution. Perhaps it’s the endorphins helping out, but I seem to always come to a resolution.

Fight feelings of self-pity.  Feeling sorry for yourself is a natural reaction to being disappointed.  However, if the self-pity is allowed to go on too long, it can drag out for days, weeks or even months at the end you end up accomplishing nothing " wasted time"
