why do you leave such person alive? he need to be killed, cos one day he will pay money to the police and they will set him free, plz when u people see such thing make sure you kill him before the police come, no need u are reporting this to police,

I think we should allow them to have their day in court first.  After conviction, arrange for other prisoners to kill them immediately.
