The Real Cause Of Late Gospel Musician, Osinachi Nwachukwu's Death Revealed; Husband Arrested

Following the death of Popular Gospel Singer, Osinachi Nwachukwu yesterday, a Facebook user identified as Bar Chidinma has alleged that the late singer’s husband has been arrested in connection with her death.

Chidinma, also alleged that Osinachi’s husband was been beating and maltreating her.

She explained that Osinachi spent five days on life support at the hospital after her husband kicked her on the chest.

Gospel Singer and Film maker, Gold Martins who shared Chidinma’s post on social media, also alleged that the late singer had confided in someone she knew that she would have left her marriage if not for what people would say.

Martins, also said the singer confessed that she was been abused and maltreated by her husband.

Martin’s statement reads,

While praying last night, all I was praying for was for God to touch the heart of people around her. Let them come out and speak. That woman personally told someone I know what she was passing through in the hands of that her husband. According to her “if not for the church and what people will say, I would have left this marriage.”
Even in their presence when that man called her, he was calling her names like “steeewpid” and “fuuuuul*ish”

If minister Osinachi could tell a total stranger her story, how much more her church? Do you want me to believe that her church and pastor didn’t know what this woman was passing through?Can they  come out and swear that they are ignorant of the fact that she was living with her enemy?What did they do to help her?

According to another post shared by popular Facebook influencer, Maria Ude Nwachi, a friend of the singer, Chidinma, disclosed that the late singer was constantly abused by her husband.

Her friend also claimed that he allegedly hit her hard some weeks back which resulted in her being rushed to the hospital where she stayed 5 days on life support  before she gave up the ghost.

Her friend also narrated an incident where he tied her up and instructed her children to cane her.

She further added that late Sis. Osinachi's husband has since been arrested.

Maria Ude Nwachi wrote;

"A Friend of late Mrs Osinachi Nwachukwu of Ekwueme fame, has come out to say that the gospel musician died as a result of domestic abuse she suffered in the hands of her husband.

According to her, he hit her hard that some weeks back and she was rushed to the hospital where stayed 5 days on life support before she gave up the ghost.
She also said that there was a time he tied her and instructed her children to cane her.
He has since been arrested. Her friend’s name is Chidinma Ego. P.S: Please do note that this information has not been proven to be true but the lady claims she is her friend.  - Chukwunonso Nzekwe II."

No no no the church didn't fail her ok? She chose to let the church run her life for her that's the problem with so many of us Nigerians, we place church, family and society above our lives and wellbeing, people must learn to protect their lives from any threat whatsoever.
One sister I know was almost dying in the hands of her abusive ex-husband and the only thing her pastor could say was that she should stay with the  man cos if she leave, nobody will marry her. Thank God the sister dumped both her ex and the church and moved on happily. Forget money and any other material stuff the greatest wealth is life and we should guard it jealously and selfishly, this lady was there enduring till death for fear of the criticism of some church members she owe completely no explanation to. Forget church, society or even family when it comes to making decisions about leaving an abusive marriage cos waiting for their approval is simply waiting for the inevitable death.
